We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Confetti!! Below you will find answers to a few of our most asked questions regarding shipping (because no one likes to wait!) and exchanges (just in case an item isn’t exactly what you LOVE!)
AND, let us talk about shipping for a second… as in it is FREE (orders over $30) in the Good Ole U.S.A.!
When will my fabulous fashion find ship?
All orders of in stock items will be processed 48 hours from time of placement.
We ship all FREE orders using USPS First Class Mail. Once the package has left our warehouse the ETA is about 2-5 days depending on your location. Confetti is not responsible for items delayed by USPS, items returned to us by the USPS or wrong address given at time of checkout.
Office Hours: PLEASE note that orders are processed MONDAY thru THURSDAY 9-3. USPS collection is at 1pm CST. NO orders will be processed on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays, Photoshoot days and Market Days.
What if I need my fashion find NOW?
Easy Breezy… You can upgrade your shipping option to the following Priority Mail. For $6 dollars you can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 days of being processed. This is Confetti’s most recommended form of shipping as Priority Mail offers you insurance, ETA and up to the minute tracking.
Still not fast enough?!?
Express: This is our fastest and most efficient shipping method. Your package will arrive in 2 days (after processing). This is not an overnight option. Orders still have to clear all processing. Email us if you are needing something the next day and we can let you know if that can happen!
How do I know the status of my order?
A conformation email will be sent directly to the email provided upon placing an order with Confetti.
Once processing has begun you will then receive an email with all of your tracking info. You can check your order by logging onto your Confetti account or by tracking your package with the carrier provided.
Please note the USPS First Class and Priority are ETA ONLY, these delivery dates are not guaranteed by the postal service. The only service USPS guarantees is Express. Confetti is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather, human error by the postal department, etc.

What if I want to return my purchase?
Our return policy is for store credit only. Also, Please note that all sale items, accessories, shoes, undergarments and Confetti Chic Boxes are final sale. There are no exceptions to this policy. This also includes ANY purchase made with a discount CODE at checkout.
YOU MUST EMAIL CONFETTI AT: firstname.lastname@example.org Memo: Exchange BEFORE SENDING ANY ITEM BACK!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS, within 48 hours of receiving. We do NOT get Instagram DMs or personal messages. We use correspondence through email only.
- All exchange merchandise must be received within 7 days of the received date. (We are alerted as to when orders are delivered, so we will keep track of this as there are no exceptions to this. Merchandise is ever changing, and for this reason this policy is in place.) - ( example: order placed on the 1st, recieved on the 3rd, must be back to office no later than the 9th for store credit) Failing to abide by this policy and shipping back late items will result in them being RTS - Returned to Sender.
- Sale and discounted merchandise are final sale.
- Confetti Codes that are issued through email are only valid for online website purchases. Not valid for pop up shops or cash value.
- All Confetti Chic Style Boxes are FINAL SALE.
- Any merchandise purchased with discount code, promo code or confetti cash promo is also final sale.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition. ( example- if an items smells like smoke it is not exchangeable)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, you are responsible for return shipping. We cover your purchase getting to you!
- We inspect all items thoroughly prior to shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving. (PLEASE be sure to look at your items, once the grace period passes we can't to anything to help you out :( )
- All exchange emails must include: order number, email purchased under, and name of purchaser. This will assist us in relaying exchange options.
- Once you return is received and processed we will email your online code to use on your next purchase. This generally takes 3-5 days depending on volume and credit processing time.
- We do NOT hold any merchandise for exchange/swap. Once you receive your Confetti Code you will then be able to shop our full site. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold merchandise as inventory is ever changing and moves quickly!
- If you order a Pre-order item it will be clearly stated in product description on website. All preorder items will ship on or before date listed, unless the items arrive after USPS hours on Saturday -- in that case the preorder item will go out Monday. Preorder items/orders can not be cancelled or swapped as for inventory control and due to shipping dates and processing times. If you would like to exchange once received, the above exchange policy applies.
- All items in a given order number are shipped together, so do not order preorder items with items you want to receive right now.
- Any invoices/orders can not be cancelled once processed (generally 1-2 hours after payment depending on outlet)
- If you happen to receive a damaged/wrong size item you must email us immediately so that the situation can be resolved in a timely manner. Get your item in the mail ASAP and once the damage/wrong size item is approved and processed in house we can move forward with refunding item and shipping. If you receive an item that falls into this criteria you must have your item in the mail with 48 hours of emailing us. As always it is best to use tracking with USPS.
- Cowhide Collection items are final sale as they are accessories and special order. No exceptions.
***Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records. All returns must to be sent to: 6024 Canary Drive Madisonville La 70447.
***If you do choose to send back an item(s), please note that $5 will be taken off of your credit code for each (before tax and shipping, for all orders). This will cover the fees for processing your exchange and return shipping of your new item(s).
***Confetti has several social media platforms in which purchasing can take place. Instagram, Facebook, Facebook VIP and our website. Each and every page is entitled to have promos, sales, specials and items exclusive to that individual page alone.
***Confetti is independently owned and reserves the right to block any social media user who shows signs of harassment, foul language, uses Confetti photos which are copyrighted, and/or other various reasons that threaten Confetti or any of our clients.

- Please open your package as soon as you receive it. We can NOT stress this enough!! Just in case you don’t LOVE what you order, we need to know ASAP to help you return it. - this is SO important -
- NOTE: ANY order containing Pre-Order items will be held and shipped all together. If you want your other items shipped separately please place separate orders as this can not be fixed once placed.
- Me only except 5 exchanges per customer per year, this is set in place so policy doesn't get abused.
- In the case that you ship an exchange back out of policy, you will be contacted and are responsible for RTS shipping. Confetti will only hold your package for 14 days or it will be forfeited.
- As a Client of Confetti it is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions before making your purchase.
